We offer you our Appartement with 1 bedroom (with a French bed), living room with  kichen counter, a bathroom, big terrace with wonderful sight to the Lake. Carparking is available in the property. You can enjoy barbequeing in the garden!

In the low season

In high season

General reservation rules:

 

Minimal renting time is 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday. Prices include water, electricity, bedlinen, end-cleaning,  tourism tax.

We apply a deposit of 20.000 HUF (75 €) for damages, you get it back before leaving if the property is ok.

Our cancellation policy: if you happen to cancel 35-14 days before your arrival, you get back 50% of your reservation payment, (13-7 days - 30%, 6 days – 0%.)

You can arrive  2-8 PM. In case you would be delayed, please, let us know in time!

On the last day we ask you to leave until 10 AM.

    2012. július 18-án újra kitárja kapuit Balatonszemes a fesztivál látogatói előtt!
    Idén sem lesz oka panaszra senkinek! A legjobbak közül válogathatnak: koncertek, kiállítások,     gyerek programok, filmvetítések várják a fesztivál visszatérő és új látogatóit!
